Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere and waiting chairs. Having a good time with Internet banking too. Generally had no problems, been with them for years and had no reason to switch.
Like most banks today very automated.

Friendly staff but very often not enough available.

The office is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating that compliments the buildings decorations. Housing benefit and council tax enquiries are dealt with on the 2nd floor with computers with internet access for further information or receptionist staff are at the front desk for enquiries. There is a lift and great access for wheel chair users to access all floors. However the office has its problems with under staffing and can become very busy with long waits if you need tax or housing benefit advice on certain days and staff have been known to be rather unhelpful or rude at times. The payment machine that was available is no longer in use with no intentions to reinstate the facility. It can get quite hot during the summer so taking a bottle of water can be a good option. Unfortunately they have no children's play area so kids can become restless.
Took a year of chasing to get an answer out of their health and safety officer.

Can't say enough great things about the entire team at Hartley Dental. Every time I visit, I receive a warm welcome and great conversation. The dental work is second to none and they will ensure that you are as comfortable as possible during your time in the chair as well as while you wait. Thanks very much for always providing such a great service. Special shout out to Janie who has just beautified my nashers... Best hygienist ever!
Amazing service.... From the excellent telephone manner from Emma, to the kindness of Charlie (the dentist who looked after my two daughters, who are normally nervous around dentists).... really wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Been going here all my life. Not cheap but dentists aren't are they.
208 Exeter St, Plymouth PL4 0NH, UK – 01752 266180
Unfortunately my usual surgery in Ernesettle is without a dentist at the moment, but luckily they're the same company.. so went here for emergency treatment instead. Very quick to help me out and sort the problem without any stress whatsover.
Previous dental experiences have worries me about going to the dentist. Cattedown is a great dental surgery with excellent staff. Always make me feel calm and now I don't mind going to the dentist. I had a root canal which was virtually painfree! I couldn't believe it!
167 North Rd W, Plymouth PL1 5BZ, UK – 01752 662780
The receptions all think they are Doctors, however they lack the people skills and suffer from attention deficit. The proper Doctors are great.
Receptionist staff, if they ever answer the phone, are almost always rude. However, all the doctors I have seen are wonderful.
123 Leypark Walk, Plymouth PL6 8UF, UK – 01752 776772
Not the nicest reception. Prepare for a battle of words with them when you want to see a doctor and don't want to tell them why. They will play around the houses with you first no matter how distraught you are.
a doctors surgery that goes above and beyond. appointment times can be arranged very early, sometimes the same day.
23 Beaumont Rd, Plymouth PL4 9BL, UK – 01752 663776
Receptionists rude? They have been nothing but wonderful in the 5 years my family have been there........admittedly it is getting harder to get aptmts BUT it is bedlam here in plymouth since it has been becoming bigger and bigger by the mother so more people and not enough surgeries to cope! The drs are stretched to their limits and again...... it isn't their fault. I have complex medical issues and have been so well looked after at Beaumont and so have my children. Things are not always black and white. Big thankyou to Beaumont villas. You saved my life xxx
20 Brest Rd, Plymouth PL6 5XP, UK – 01752 506070
Truly amazing place and very impressed at how quickly I was seen. All in all 5 weeks on from requesting my GP refer me to Penninsula for possible surgery. I have met with my consultant, Mr Brown had my foot surgery and the follow up app. All the staff I met along my journey were wonderful, caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The centre itself was extremely clean and clearly well maintained. I would recommend anyone who is given the opportunity to have surgery here to take it.
Having a recent full knee replacement, I found the facilities, quality of care and staff exceptional. They all may you feel welcome and the treatment was more than I could wish for. Even down to the staff who made you feel at home. My anxieties were soon passing. The hygiene was excellent and the food, well I may have put on a little. All very fresh and to tasty for me to refuse. I’m so glad I came here and not Nuffield or Derriford. Even had a follow up call once Home to check I was ok. Excellent
200 Mount Gould Rd, Plymouth PL4 7QD, UK – 01752 268011
Done a few courses here and have always felt welcomed and comfy
Very impressed with the staff and conditions. We arrived half an hour before my husband's appointment and he was seen straightaway. I waited in a very clean and pleasant cafe where I was served an excellent coffee by really nice staff. These days it is common to knock the NHS but Mount Gould has bucked the trend. We were worried when we went in and delighted when we came out. Thank you Mount Gould.

The staff here are well mannered and very helpful, they keep it very clean, always sweeping away debris, the layout is practical and easy to carry things from the car to the skips, the best recycling centre I’ve visited, well done.
They deal with other peoples rubbish and it can be a long day for them but guys are always helpful and have a can do attitude.

Royal William Rd, Plymouth PL1 3QQ, UK – 01752 967444
Food is great and the setting is amazing. Big restaurant so wasn't too busy. Prompt service and friendly staff. Slightly cold sitting in the back seating area
Very pleasant modern, airy, high ceilinged restaurant. Menu is varied enough but lacks that little bit extra or different if you are looking for something beyond the norm. Pizza, pasta, burgers and the odd fish dish dominate here. Staff pleasant enough though the service can be slow when busy and the prices are as you'd expect are a little higher than most other eating chains (£12 for burger and chips). All in all a nice venue for an evening out but if looking for something with a bit more panache and a more entertaining menu then you may be disappointed.
Mills Bakery, 4 Royal William Rd, Plymouth PL1 3GE, UK – 01752 261120
Went here to use a voucher we'd been given. 3 courses and a glass of wine. The location of the restaurant is fantastic. If you get a good table you'll have views of the harbour. The food was pretty decent, good pizzas, good meatball starter. Was really busy when we went but the service was still very good.
Had a great time food was very good Posh pepperoni was best pizza that I ever had. Staff was very attentive Many thanks
17 Derrys Cross, Plymouth PL1 2SW, UK – 01752 229413
It has great food for kids and adults. Some of the meals are gluten free and they are some vegetarian options. For young children they have entertainment and good food for your child. Also there is good easy access and good use of toliets. Great place🍕
Really good in here...I've been three times now, never been dissapointed. Lovely flavoursome pizzas and plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful always have time to help with your choice even when it's full.

Miller Way, Plymouth PL6 8UN, UK – 01752 786444
My daughter went to this nursery and I couldn't say a bad word about it. The stuff are really helpful and very good to talk to. They are considerate to issues that we all have in life. I can't compare this place to any other nursery but why would I when my daughter and I were more than happy with this place.
Pretty good nursery in Estover. Came here when I was very little and my experience was amazing. I loved it there!
Hope Baptist Church/Peverell Pk Rd, Plymouth PL3 4QG, UK – 01752 767677
Nutkins provides a warm and welcoming learning environment for all children. All of my children have attended over the last 8 years and have loved every minute of their time spent there and have been well prepared for life in 'big school'. The staff are friendly, nurturing and always bringing new learning opportunities in to the pre-school for the children to enjoy. Nutkins is a well rounded, lovely place for your precious little ones to grow and learn.
2 Torridge Way, Plymouth PL3 6JQ, UK – 01752 772984
Fantastic school! I wish my children could have stayed there forever! The teachers and head teacher, couldn’t have been more helpful and caring. The last review on here couldn’t be further from the truth, in my experience.
Amazing school, amazing staff. My son enjoyed every day at this school, he made great progress in all subjects including ones he found challenging. He had the benefits of great teaching, and wonderfull experiences outside of school which gave him a solid grounding for the next stage of his life in secondary school .
Hyde Park Rd, Plymouth PL3 4RH, UK – 01752 225314
Great school. The kids had a great time there. Some of the parents seem to think they are on Footballers Wives or something.
Very decent primary school, good results, many passing the 11+. Also the majority are well-behaved, and staff are well-trained and welcoming. Good facilities, clean and safe, well sized classrooms and playgrounds. Very beautiful building. Recommend parents to try to get their children into this school but be quick! Also many educational topics and good school trips. Two residential trips in Y5&6. Overall good.
22 Millbay Rd, Millbay, Plymouth PL1 3EG, UK – 01752 221927
We loved our school! My son was learning in a way that allowed him to progress and enjoy learning without any stress or pressure. But in 2016 everything has changed. I am not sure what has changed exactly, I think it is a combination of issues, but it seems the ethos of the school is changing from previous years. Now my son comes home in chewed up cloths, he no longer enjoys going to school :( Hoping for next year to be better. (I could not delete a positive post l left before so had to edit it) Update: Changed school 4 month ago- best live ever. No incidents of outbursts or any behavioural issues at all... was an instant fix. Seems to be more interested academically too (which is a bonus)
There are even GCSE choices and the teachers are understanding.
